Cancellation Policy

Deposit of first nights stay is required to book at Shawnigan Hills.  If your reservation is cancelled more than seven days in advance of your check in date, the deposit will be refunded.  If reservation is cancelled within seven days of the check in date, deposit will be kept. The full amount for the reservation is due seven days ahead of check in.

Check In

Check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm.  We would appreciate you letting us know approximately what time you will be checking in.  In this way, we will be able to anticipate your arrival Nancy or Brad will  meet you. We do have a self check in as well. Early check in may be available on request

Check Out

Check out by 11:00 am 

Pet Policy

Although we love animals, we cannot accommodate pets.

Children

Children under 13 are no charge. Children over 13 are considered as adults.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7:00 am
